Call for Submissions
We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit their work for presentation at CASML 2025.
Important Dates
- Abstract Submission Deadline: October 15, 2025
- Acceptance Notification: November 3, 2025
- Camera-ready Submission: November 5, 2025
Submission Guidelines
All submissions should be original work. Submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected based on technical quality, novelty, and relevance to the conference themes.
Note: Authors of accepted submissions must register and pay the conference fee to present their work.
Submission Categories
Paper Presentation
Submit your extended abstracts (2-4 pages) for oral presentation. Selected papers will be given 15-20 minutes for presentation followed by Q&A.
Submit PaperPoster Presentation
Present your research through an engaging poster session. Submit a 1-2 page abstract describing your work and findings.
Submit PosterReview Process
- All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process
- Reviews will be based on technical quality, originality, and relevance
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by November 3, 2025
- Feedback will be provided to help authors improve their submissions
