The First International Conference on Applied AI and Scientific Machine Learning will bring together researchers and practitioners in Applied AI, Physics-Informed Machine Learning, Generative AI for Computational Science and MLOps. We invite researchers to submit short abstracts for posters presenting new and original research, preliminary results and other work best presented in an interactive session.

Topics of Interest

We invite submissions in all areas of Applied Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Machine Learning. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

• Physics-Informed Neural Networks
• Neural Operators
• Generative AI for Computational Problems
• Digital Twins & Surrogate Modelling
• MLOps
• Explainable & Interpretable AI

Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be in PDF format, as a single PDF file of size not greater than 10MB. The main text of the submitted abstract should be limited to 2 pages, including all figures and tables but excluding reference and acknowledgements.

You must format your submission using the CASML 2024 LaTeX style file. The main “.tex” file in the template is already set up for anonymized submission, make sure you do not change this. Submissions that violate the CASML style or the anonymity of submissions will be rejected without consideration. Selected presenters must bring a printed version of their poster in A0 size to the conference.

Submission Process:

1. Prepare your abstract using the provided LaTeX template, adhering to the 2-page limit.
2. Submit your abstract through our online submission system given below.
3. Prepare the abstract for double blind reviews. Do not use any identifiers that might be used to identify you.
4. All the authors can register separately to attend the conference. However, only one author should make submission for a single paper.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Please ensure that your submission does not contain any identifying information to facilitate a fair review. Ensure

Poster Presentation

If your abstract is accepted, you will be required present a poster at the conference in-person. Please note:

• Posters must be in A0 size (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
• Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference.
• Specific poster session times will be communicated to accepted presenters.
