How to Register
Please follow the steps below:
- Complete the Registration Form: Fill in all required information and submit your credentials.
- Access the Payment Link: The payment portal link will appear directly on the confirmation screen of the registration form.
- Finalize Payment: Click the link and complete your payment via the portal.
- Receive Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive your receipt and transaction ID.
- Look for Your Email: Team CASML will send a separate confirmation email to the address you provided, officially confirming your registration.
Note: Registration is confirmed only after payment.

- Registration includes welcome kit, 4-day lunch, coffee breaks, and one conference dinner.
- Accommodation is not included.
- No travel reimbursement will be provided.
- All fees are subject to 18% GST.
- For startups: 2 persons per startup will get a booth. Up to 10 selected startups will be featured.

Can I register as a participant without a paper/poster?
Yes, you can register just as a participant without submitting a paper or poster.
If my Paper/Poster is not accepted, can I still attend?
Yes. Even if your submission is not selected, you may attend as a participant if you have paid the registration fee.
Does the fee include accommodation?
