The Second International Conference on Applied AI and Scientific Machine Learning will bring together researchers and practitioners in Applied AI, Physics-Informed Machine Learning, Generative AI for Computational Science and MLOps. We invite researchers to submit extended abstracts presenting new and original research or a significant work in progress.
Topics of Interest
We invite submissions in all areas of Applied Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Machine Learning. Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):
- Scientific Machine Learning
- Foundation Models in Science and Engineering
- AI for Industry
- DeepTech for Science and Engineering
Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be in PDF format, as a single PDF file of size not greater than 10MB. The main text of the submitted paper should be limited to 5 pages, including all figures and tables but excluding references and acknowledgements.
You must format your submission using the CASML 2025 LaTeX style file. The main “.tex” file in the template is already set up for anonymized submission, make sure you do not change this. Submissions that violate the CASML style or the anonymity of submissions will be rejected without consideration.
If your paper is accepted, you can prepare the camera-ready version of your manuscript by using the camera-ready option in the LaTeX file. Further instructions on this will be provided to authors whose abstracts have been selected.

- Submit your abstract through our online submission system given below.
- Ensure all authors are listed with their affiliations in the submission form.
- Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe your work.

Review Process
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Please ensure that your submission does not contain any identifying information. There will be no rebuttal period. Papers accepted with minor revisions must submit their revised manuscript as a camera-ready version.
Acceptance as Poster
There will be limited slots for oral presentation at CASML 2025. Your submission may be rejected for an oral presentation, but accepted as a poster. In this case, you will have the option to accept or decline the offer to present your work in our poster session.
Publication
Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings and will be made available online. It’s important to note that the CASML conference does not publish papers in its proceedings. The submission of an abstract is solely for the purpose of presenting your work at the conference.
Participants are welcome to present work that has already been published, submitted for publication, or is still in preparation.
